Wide assortment of parts distributed by Ewmar-Ness also includes various types of fans. Among others, these are boiler blowing fans and transverse fans, used in cooling devices, such as air conditioners.
Blowing fan for C.H. boiler is mandatorily used in boilers fueled with coomb, wood, coal or pellet.
Proper and effective operation of the central heating boiler’s components is required during a proper burning and heat-producing process. One of the components, the blowing fan, is responsible for forcing the air into C.H. boilers. It blows it into the burning chamber, depending on the demand. Blowing fans work with full power, if a higher temperature is required, but, when the heat programmed on the microprocessor controller reaches the required level, the fan gets turned off. This allows for managing the fuel economically and extending the boiler’s lifetime.

The fan housing is made of lacquer-enamelled powder metal plate. The outside-rotor engine is placed inside the housing and screwed with M4 screws. The metal rotor is fixed directly on the outer rotor of the engine. The fan’s air intake is secured with a shield, preventing anything from touching the moving parts of the turbine. All electrical connections have been placed inside a junction box made of isolating material. In various modes, RV-25 fans are intended for blowing the air in C.H boilers and other technological devices, in temperature ranges from -15ºC up to +40ºC and relative humidity up to 95%. The fan has to be firmly fixed on the boiler or other air facility during the operation. The fan is not intended for operation as a freestanding device for household or common appliances.
